Criteria for evaluating quality and performance of institutional repositories utilization

Based on the content analysis of documentary sources and study of the websites of Russian research and academic institutional repositories, the key challenges of their utilization are investigated, i. e. copyright issues, accessibility, acquisitions consistency, metadata completeness and entry correctness, information search difficulties, etc.
