The purpose of the paper is the study of acquiring by the memorial collections at The State Public Scientific and Technological Library of the Siberian Branch of USSR/Russian Academy of Sciences (SPSTL SB USSR/RAS between 1958 and 2022. The flow of scientific books as a source for scientific library collection development: The problems of completeness and accessibility
