It shows shifting the world research center to the Asian region, both on volume and quality indicators. Using the concept of a national research portfolio gives deep characteristics of different countries behavior in the course of scientific rivalry.

They have gathered library numbered more than 2000 volumes during their life.

User-Oriented Approach to Content Improvement in Official Library Websites

The purpose of the article is to reveal the problem of determining the rational composition and placement of headings and subheadings in the content structure of library sites and to present a typical content model as one of the possible means to ensure the orientation of users on the sites of the same type of libraries from the standpoint of a user-oriented approach.
Русско-украинские связи на Юге России: основные направления деятельности «Просвит»
