State financial support for agriculture in Russia: regulatory impact, new challenges, and targets

Based on an analysis of Rosstat data, the outcomes of sectoral programs, and compliance with regulatory acts, the following trends were identified: growth in production volumes, increasing regional differentiation, and transformation of tools for subsidizing, preferential lending, and agricultural insurance.
