Effectiveness of applying a phytobiotic supplement based on oilseed in feeding broiler chickens
Submitted by Гость (not verified) on Thu, 11/06/2025 - 21:08This study evaluated the impact of a 2% phytobiotic feed supplement, incorporating nigella and milk thistle, on the performance and meat quality of Ross 308 broiler chickens under commercial conditions. The supplement replaced a portion of the standard feed. Chickens were monitored for 48 days, assessing mortality and feed conversion ratio. At slaughter, meat productivity and organoleptic characteristics were determined. The experimental group exhibited a 0.77% absolute improvement in survival rate compared to the control group.
