Higher Library Education in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia): Formation, Current State and Development Prospects
Submitted by Гость (not verified) on Mon, 10/27/2025 - 16:38The purpose of the paper is to characterize the main stages of the development of higher library education in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on the example of the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts. A brief description of educational programs implemented at the institute since 2001 is given, as well as an assessment, based on statistical data, of the provision of public libraries in Yakutia with specialists with higher library education.
