Potential applications of rheological studies in determining soil structural-mechanical properties

This study presents investigations into the rheological properties of model soil samples at various moisture contents. The aim was to determine the feasibility of enhancing the accuracy of rheological flow equation determination by employing a software product with an integrated mathematical apparatus for processing experimental data and flow curves. Rheology, the science of flow and deformation of materials, is concerned with the study of structural-mechanical properties during the deformation process.

Study of economically valuable traits of lowbush blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolium Ait.) in Moscow conditions

Lowbush blueberry ( Vaccinium angustifolium Ait. ) is one of the most promising berry crops for cultivation on acid soils in the European part of Russia, but additional testing of varieties and cultivars in the conditions of the Non-Chernozem zone regions is needed. The article presents the results of studies on the phenological and morphological features, evaluation of yield and winter hardiness of V. angustifolium plants of Russian selection ( cultivars Lakomka, Neya, Pomorochka, hybrid form NB-60-11 ) in the natural and climatic conditions of Moscow.
