Information and analytical competence (IAC) is one of the key professional competencies of a librarian. Its high level of proficiency allows librarians to effectively find relevant information and data, evaluate them, process, interpret and promptly present them in accordance with user preferences. Despite the fact that various aspects of information and analytical activities are reflected in scientific publications on the topic, the issue of developing the IAC of a library specialist remains poorly investigated.
Collaboration in science is essential and often considered a necessary condition for improving the quality of research. Identifying the changing trends in international scientific cooperation is a crucial task of scientometrics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends in Russia’s collaboration with major partner countries. The objectives of the research are: 1. The problematic of digital representation of the literary process (in all the diversity of structural elements of its representation) is considered as a relevant field of interdisciplinary scientific discourse. Based on pre-revolutionary sources, the article presents the activities of the library and the Library Society of employees and workers of the Perm (Motovilikhinsky) cannon factories for the period 1907–1915 for the first time. The regulatory documents, regulating their activities during this period, are analyzed.
