Publishing educational and educational literature in Siberia and the Far East at the end of the 19th – 20th centuries

In this regard, the author provides statistical information on the release of literature by year and city of the Amur Educational District, demonstrates the variety of topics of published works, the structure and content of a number of publications.
The Collection of Foreign Journals in SPSTL SB RAS: Evolution of Approaches to its Functional Parameters’ Regulation

The main eco-cultural aspects of book culture are analyzed through the identification of various loci, including specific relationships between actors in the book space. It is shown that the problematic situations arising in these loci are largely associated with the underestimation of their eco-cultural aspects. The purpose of the article: to substantiate the main functional and semantic directions of activity in the field of ecology of book culture.
Formation of the State Legislation in the Field of Popularization of Science in Libraries

However, the features of the origin and formation of the domestic legislation in the sphere of popular scientific knowledge promotion through libraries are not enough studied. The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze the most significant legal documents in the field of science and technology popularization, including those addressed to libraries. The source base was an amount of legislative acts from 1917 to 1941.
