Administering the library sector during the Great Patriotic War

The author analyzes the status of libraries during the early war years: the system of library services and library staffing were deteriorating, the libraries were unreasonably closing. The problems of library collections evacuation are accentuated.

In 2018, the section was transformed into the conference on the current problems of ecological education. Since 2024 it is called “The green libraries – the libraries of the future”. Since 2020, the biennial online conference “Libraries and ecological education: Theory and practice” is held under the aegis of the Forum.

Studying the interaction of Krasnoyarsk scientific libraries through the system approach
