The review of modern methods to evaluate users servicing quality

The most commonly used methods to assess the quality of library services are statistical indicators analysis of activities (attendance, the number of resources/services access, etc.); surveillance; user survey; questionnaires; analysis of online services and Internet resources to determine the level of user satisfaction (online questionnaires, «like» estimates and others).

Учитывая дискуссионный характер темы, семинар проводился в форме «круглого стола», что дало возможность участникам изложить некоторые результаты своих наблюдений и исследований, обменяться мнениями по актуальным проблемам сосуществования традиционных и электронных изданий.

Internet systems in BEN RAS - new services for users

In all these systems, the user is provided with the access to bibliographic descriptions and electronic samples of editions` pages from LNS funds.
