Web Archiving as a Task of National and Local History Bibliography
Submitted by Гость (not verified) on Thu, 08/25/2022 - 13:08The foreign experience of forming the majority of national web archives (in national libraries) and many accessible local history archives of public and university libraries has been analyzed due to the development of a model and methodology for electronic local history archives for Russian libraries. It is shown that the global activity on preserving network content is divided into national and regional segments and is national and local history in both contents.

Turgenev Public Library in Paris as a cultural center of Russian emigration in late XIX - early XX centuries

The reasons of the library popularity growth among the Russian emigrants after 1917 revolutions are revealed. It was found that since the establishment of Turgenev Public Library the Russian official authority in France had negative attitude towards it, therefore the most of readers were political emigrants and students. At the time the visitors did not have enough money for the library maintenance, this fact put it under constant threat of closure.

The authors analyze actions of various subjects entering information relations in the field of innovation, starting with the state ending with individuals. The researchers conclude that the improvement of information relations in the field of innovation should occur by strengthening the administration, rather than civil law regulation.
Rural factory libraries of Vladimirskaja province in the second half of XIX – early XX century

The author considers the main statistical indicators of reading rooms activities and analyzes their necessity and influence on the local population. The role of manufacturers in education of workers is shown.
