Improving the technology of reproduction of sweet-berry honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea L.) with woody cuttings
Submitted by Гость (not verified) on Tue, 07/09/2024 - 16:45Sweet-berry honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea L) is a promising berry crop that can be marketed throughout the summer due to the diversity of cultivars with different ripening periods. The area occupied by honeysuckle in Russia is 700 hectares. To increase industrial plantations, it is necessary to provide farms with high-quality planting material. One of the ways of obtaining seedlings is through wood cuttings. The aim of our work is to select a root formation stimulator for woody honeysuckle cuttings. The experiment was carried out in the Moscow region.
Species composition of thrips (Insecta: Thysanoptera) on selection crops of spring wheat in the Russian State Agrarian Univesity – Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy
Submitted by Гость (not verified) on Tue, 07/09/2024 - 16:45Cereal thrips are ubiquitous, widespread and strong pests of grain crops. Imago and larvae of thrips can damage leaves, ears, flowers and grains by injecting and sucking plant juices. Thrips reduce not only the weight but also the sowing qualities of grain, posing a threat to breeding and seed crops. Cereal thrips are a systematically and biologically diverse group of species that are difficult to diagnose and study. Morphological diagnosis of thrips is carried out according to the adult phase; diagnosis of larvae of closely related species requires the use of molecular genetic methods.

Effect of the drug Roncoleukin on morphometric and haematological parameters and phagocytic activity of arctic char neutrophils
Submitted by Гость (not verified) on Tue, 07/09/2024 - 16:45Cultivated hydrobionts under intensive aquaculture conditions are exposed to stress factors associated with artificial habitats, increased planting density, periodic fishing, etc. At the same time, they experience a decrease in resistance and resilience and an increase in morbidity. A good solution to this problem is the use of immunomodulators. This article presents the results of a study of the effect on fish of the immunomodulator Roncoleukin, which is a dosage form of recombinant human interleukin‑2 (IL-2) isolated and purified from yeast cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
