The impact of variable incubation temperature on the growth and metabolism of egg cross chicken embryos and the development of their visceral organs

The article discusses issues related to the impact ofvariable incubation temperature (37.8°C-from the 1 st to the 14 th day; 39.5°C, two hours daily, in the 15 th -17 th days; 37.5°C - 18 th day; 37.0°C - 19 th -21 st day; relative humidity is 57.0%) on the growth and metabolic rates of the Hysex Brown and Lohmann Brown crosses chicken embryos as well as on the development of their visceral organs and the incubation effectiveness itself.

Campanula alliariifolia Willd. is a promising ornamental crop for container gardening in human settlements. The species is listed in the Red Data Book of the Volgograd region. The aim of the work is to study the effect of Bacillus subtilis alone and in combination with salicylic acid on the decorative qualities of the Campanula alliariifolia. The experiment was carried out in culture based on the collection site of the South-Ural Botanical Garden-Institute in 2021–2022.

Cultivated hydrobionts under intensive aquaculture conditions are exposed to stress factors associated with artificial habitats, increased planting density, periodic fishing, etc. At the same time, they experience a decrease in resistance and resilience and an increase in morbidity. A good solution to this problem is the use of immunomodulators. This article presents the results of a study of the effect on fish of the immunomodulator Roncoleukin, which is a dosage form of recombinant human interleukin‑2 (IL-2) isolated and purified from yeast cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).

At present, intensive and super-intensive horticulture is a promising trend that can significantly increase yields and reduce production costs at a high planting density of fruit trees. Research in the field of nursery growing is of great importance in the intensification of horticulture, since the laying of intensive fruit orchards is carried out only with high-quality, leveled planting material on clonal rootstocks.
