Scientific information in modern society through the eyes of public library users

The authors present the findings of the survey of Novosibirsk library users (as the segment of society). The survey was to reveal their attitude toward science. The authors conclude: the overwhelming majority of users trust in scientific knowledge and acknowledge science significance. They demonstrate the willingness to keep pace with the latest developments.
