To improve information retrieval systems for intellectual property

Increasing insolvency requests to Rospatent demand improvements to be made to its data retrieval system. The authors discuss the general schemes of information system operation in processing queries received on paper, via email, or feedback platform. The main three drawbacks of technologies working simultaneously were identified. Their analysis enabled to enhance Rospatent information system and to allow insolvency officers to search independently for registered patentee (author) intellectual property items within the procedure of bankruptcy of legal entities and individuals.

Information system development for the effective functioning of the Land Redistribution Fund

The creation and further development of the Land Redistribution Fund of the Russian Federation are aimed at increasing agricultural production through peasant (farm) enterprises and private subsidiary plots. The Land Redistribution Fund both expands and contracts over time. From January 1, 2019, to January 1, 2024, the area of agricultural land within the Fund experienced a reduction of 9.1%.

The electronic library model to support a «blended learning» system at Novosibirsk State University

A technological approach for developing a digital library model to support the blended learning in Novosibirsk State University is considered in the article. The term «digital library» in this work is interpreted as an information management system of structured cataloged collections of interactive training and reference materials. The information system architecture, principles of integration with digital repository and rules of metadata representation and transformation are described.
