Information support of volunteering in the library information environment

She analyzes relevant information resources developed by several libraries and reveals the problems affecting the effectiveness of information support for the institution of volunteering in general, and in the library and information sector, in particular. The author addresses the main problems and provides the case study of volunteering information resources as presented on the official websites of federal government agencies.
