The scientific articles within the information flow: Adapting to the new trends

Today, scientists enjoy the widest communication opportunities, in particular, through publications in academic periodicals as the priority communication chanel. Despite somewhat conservative attitude toward articles as a way of communication, one cannot deny the changing methods of article assessment. These methods are too innovative to assess their potentiality and viability.
