Bakhtin’s dialogue theory. The contemporary museum is analyzed not as a monological institution but as an open dialogical space, where the curator («author»), exhibits («text»), and visitor («reader») engage in equal interaction, generating new meanings. Using the Gansu Provincial Museum as a case study, the article demonstrates how international exhibition projects and creative industries based on cultural relics unlock the museum’s dialogical potential.
