The Concept of Methodical Activity in A. N. Vaneev’s Works and in the Professional Standard “Specialist in Library and Information Activities”

The purpose of the article is to characterize the reflection of theoretical provisions formulated by A. N. Vaneev in the directives of the professional standard that defines the content and personnel conditions for the implementation of library and information activities.
