The Role of the SPSTL SB RAS in the Reformed State System of Scientific and Technical Information: Participant vs User
Submitted by Гость (not verified) on Sat, 07/18/2026 - 22:08The aim of this article is to present the role of the State Public Scientific Technological Library of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences / Russian Academy of Sciences (SPSTL SB RAS) a center for scientific and technical information and the largest scientific and technical library in Siberia and the Far East in the formation and development of the State System of Scientific and Technical Information (SSSTI) from 1960 to 2022.
