Complex methodology of scanning quality control within digitization of HAC’s archival documents

Expanded access to the digitized documents is to strengthen performance of the Researchers and Academic Staff Attestation Department and other divisions of the RF Ministry of Science and Higher Education and to facilitate studies and analytics for building, updating and upgrading the HAC’ document e-archive. The authors examine the principles of scanning quality assessment; discuss quality parameters and their control methods.
