On the Identification and Cataloging of Digital Objects of Scientific Information

The existing experience of cataloging scientific resources in Internet is described. The project of creating a register of Russian information resources in the field of historical and philological sciences, which is being implemented at the Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, is described.
