Regulatory and Legal Support for Software and Project Activities of Libraries of the Russian Federation

Project development is one of the urgent tasks of modern librarianship, which has enormous potential in the field of culture. Regulatory acts that ensure the implementation and expansion of program and project activities (PPA) in the library sphere are not sufficiently studied.
