Use of pcr-analysis methods for evaluating composition and properties of milk and dairy products

The use of the PCR analysis method to identify the species composition of dairy products is the most promising. The paper considers the possibility of developing a measurement technique for assessing the composition and properties of milk and dairy products using molecular genetic methods of analysis (PCR, PCR-RFLP, and sequencing).
