The paper considers the risks of implementation of the technocratic model of national policy for local and regional communities. The paper analyzes the changes in the content of the civilizational idea in modern Russia. It is shown that the substantive changes concern both the traditional fluctuations between the orientation to the European and Eurasian development path, and the emergence of new features, in particular related to environmental and economic issues. At the same time, there is a reconfiguration of the civilizational idea regarding economic and political discourses.

In Russia, as in other countries around the world, the number of companion animals is increasing and the demand for veterinary services consequently. Increasing demand leads to the emergence of new services and goods, including medicines. The number of medicines used to treat small animals runs into the thousands. However, not all medicines are widely used in veterinary practice.

This article presents the results of the research on the effect of attractant dosages in pheromone preparations for the brown marmorated stink bug, Halyomorpha halys (Stal, 1855) (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae), on its monitoring efficiency in an orchard agroecosystem. The research was carried out in 2020-2021 in a peach orchard nearby Erd town, Hungary. Russian-produced pheromone preparations were used within pyramidal traps. It was observed that with increasing pheromone dosage the average catch rate of H. halys definitely increased.

This paper deals with the results of field trials of domestically produced pheromone preparations for a dangerous quarantine pest - the brown marmorated stink bug, Halyomorpha halys Stal, 1858 (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae). In 2017, the domestically produced pheromone preparations for H. halys were first synthesized. In 2018, large-scale field trials of pheromone preparations for H. halys were conducted in the quarantine phytosanitary zone in Sochi (Southern Russia) and the Republic of Abkhazia.

The draft Presidential Decree on the fundamentals of state policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, put out by Likhachev Russian Research Institute for Cultural and Natural Heritage in January 2022, for public consideration, was analyzed. Based on the ancient cult of the book as a sacred revelation, the book culture is understood as a creative and communication activity of human society carried out in the book form through symbols.

This article is devoted to the Russian historiography of the Russian-German relations in the book business sphere. It establishes thematic focus, character features of available publications and gaps in studying the problem history based on sources analysis. The author made a conclusion on the necessity of a complex approach to investigate the Russian-German book contacts in the historical-cultural context.
