Methodological chatbot within the system of developing professional competences of librarians

The authors discuss RNPLS&T organizational and technological ap proaches toward designing “Methodological chatbot for libraries”. They substantiate the relevance of chatbot as a digital service intended to develop diverse professional competences. The system of building library professional competences is multicomponent, multilevel and polythematic, including using and designing various automated interaction systems. The authors suggest which library competences can be built with methodological chatbot, i. e. the basic, event-driven, analytical, digital, and technological.

The purpose of the article is to analyze data on advanced training of employees of municipal libraries in the Novosibirsk region. The article substantiates the relevance of continuous professional development for library specialists in connection with implementation of the professional standard «Specialist in library and information activity». Continuous professional development is considered as a complex of formal, informal and non-formal training.

Libraries have traditionally been involved in educating and supporting scientific process. However, the spread of the open science concept has led to changes in the way libraries support science. Promoting open science among various members of the society is an integral part of this change. Based on pre-viously identified competences necessary for such participation, as well as the structural-functional model of forming the librarian-bibliographer popularizer of open science competences, the course of professional development was organized in SPSTL SB RAS.

Рассмотрена кадровая проблема как один из основных факторов развития библиотечного дела Красноярского края. Изучена история становления системы обеспечения библиотек края кадрами в советский период, отличавшийся активизацией библиотечного дела. Описана система подготовки специалистов, повышения квалификации работников библиотек, показана количественная и качественная кадровая динамика в крае в разные годы данного периода. Предпринята попытка анализа взаимовлияния динамики библиотечных кадров и развития научного потенциала края.
