Methodological chatbot within the system of developing professional competences of librarians

They substantiate the relevance of chatbot as a digital service intended to develop diverse professional competences. The system of building library professional competences is multicomponent, multilevel and polythematic, including using and designing various automated interaction systems. The authors suggest which library competences can be built with methodological chatbot, i. e. the basic, event-driven, analytical, digital, and technological.
