Grain quality assessment of winter soft wheat collection samples at Moscow Agricultural Academy

The study was conducted in 2022–2023 at the Field Experimental Station of Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. The common methods of laboratory research of physical, biochemical and baking qualities of grain were used. The meteorological conditions of the study years varied influencing the grain quality of winter wheat. In 2022, precipitation was relatively evenly distributed against the background of elevated air temperature.
