The problematic of digital representation of the literary process (in all the diversity of structural elements of its representation) is considered as a relevant field of interdisciplinary scientific discourse. The constantly changing digital image of modern literature (thematic groups and fan communities in social networks, electronic libraries, podcasts, blogs, literary Internet shows and other formats that determine its digital landscape), provokes researchers to search for models and concepts that allow us to capture this diversity within the boundaries of scientific reflection.

Based on pre-revolutionary sources, the article presents the activities of the library and the Library Society of employees and workers of the Perm (Motovilikhinsky) cannon factories for the period 1907–1915 for the first time. The regulatory documents, regulating their activities during this period, are analyzed.
Interregional and cross-border cooperation of libraries are performing an important humanitarian mission. The relevance of the study is determined by the great importance that the Russian Federation attaches to the development of cultural ties between regions and border territories within the Commonwealth of Independent States. The purpose of the article is to reflect the results of the study conducted by the Russian State Library on cooperation of central universal libraries of the CIS member states in the professional sphere.
The article presents the results of the study of the scientific heritage of Soviet bibliologists N. M. Sikorsky, A. I. Barsuk, I. E. Barenbaum. The authors analyze and characterize the contribution of each of them to the formation and development of the functional approach in book science. The article identifies and discloses some methodological problems of the functional approach: isolation exclusively in the system of university science, isolation from the international scientific discourse, the presence of intellectual influence of ideologized works of the 1920–1930s (N. The article is devoted to the problem of personnel training for SciTex libraries and describes possible models of training such specialists in universities. The relevance is due to the increased attention from the state and society to SciTex libraries and the lack of the human resource ready to implement social relations and social functions assigned to libraries in the key of implementing the strategy of technical and intellectual sovereignty of the country.
In recent years, there has been a difficult personnel situation in the library and information sphere. The obsolescence of personnel against the background of the lack of young professionals, an increase in the number of employees with non-core education and the outflow of library-educated workers to other industries are only a small part of the problems faced by the management of many libraries when forming their staff.
The article examines the manuscripts of the XVIII–XIX centuries, which are the part of the book collection of Kolyvan-Voskresensk mining plants. The most extensive and valuable part of this collection is located in the department of valuable and rare books of the Novosibirsk State Regional Scientific Library (NSRSL). Most of the manuscripts, mentioned in the article, were not previously available for researchers. For the first time, the author has attempted to reconstruct the composition of the manuscripts that were part of the book collection of the KolyvanVoskresensk mining plants.
