It analyzes «Military Printing House Regulations» highly approved on December 30, 1860 and the «Military Printing House Regulations» put into operation by the order on the Defense Ministry No. 28 on February 10, 1895, concerning activity of the typographical office and Book and Geographical Shop to sale editions of General Staff at Printing House.

It was analyzed what data are presented on websites, what services and for what user groups are oriented. It is concluded that scientific journal web-sites are constantly evolving, giving new resources and services to all interested groups of users in terms of the communicative approach, is an important element in the online environment of scientific communication. Sites of domestic journals on the library subjects, unfortunately, lag behind foreign ones.

«Rossica» - the concept evolution at the Russian bibliology in the XIX-XXI centuries

The term ambiguity related to its national or thematic segments is noted. The attention is paid to using Rossica materials in historical researches, as well as prospects of studying this category of editions.
