Communication and media usage of the older generation of Sakhalin repatriates in Japan

To achieve this aim we set up the following tasks: 1. To define what media and what language are used by the older generation of Sakhalin repatriates; 2. To make it clear what media are used by the older generation of Sakhalin repatriates for communication inside Japan and abroad; 3. To elucidate the changes and their reasons in media usage by the older generation of Sakhalin repatriates occurred since the beginning of their repatriation.

Submitted by Гость (not verified) on Thu, 08/25/2022 - 13:08The development of the automatized interactive system for supporting theme and typological acquisition plan (TTAP) allowed the automatic formation of the united TTAP for the centralized library network of the Library on natural sciences RAS, as well as its actualization due to the changes in the TTAP of research librarues. The system described supposes the presence of data bases of UDC with the corresponding headings. Software has a general character and can be ajusted to different classification system.

The author notes the importance of considering not only quantitative but qualitative parameters to evaluate the science development, which have been indicated by Garfield. The paper contains historical information about the Web of Science system creation; characterizes general features of the modern state system. It shows the system importance as a possible tool of scientometric analysis.
