Modern libraries practices for teaching information literacy

The concept of information literacy firstly appeared in the United States in the 1970th. It was a response to the development of information society. Up to now the idea has not lost its relevance, due to the intensive growth of information technologies, an increase in information volumes and the emergence of new educational paradigms.

Reading, discussion and activity are the basic program components which allow to change the motives of teenagers behavior in social and natural environment and to raise the level of ecological culture.

Carbon nanostructures: scientometric analysis for 2000-2015 (part 2)

It shows shifting the world research center to the Asian region, both on volume and quality indicators. Using the concept of a national research portfolio gives deep characteristics of different countries behavior in the course of scientific rivalry.
Library history of Harbin
