The article describes brief bibliography of professor A.P. Stepanov, who was the first head of the Veterinary Department of the Petrovskaya Academy of Agronomy and Forestry (now Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy).
Introduction. The evaluation of the ecological state of soils in terms of enzymatic activity during the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons contamination is very informative. The activity of enzymes of the oxidoreductases and hydrolases classes in chernozem is most sensitive to contamination by heavy metals, pesticides, and other types of anthropogenic impact. The informativeness and sensitivity of enzymes during the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons-contaminated soils have not been adequately studied. Materials and methods.
The article studies the dynamics of food consumption in the Russian Federation for 1998–2022. The methodological basis of the presented work is a comprehensive approach, which takes into account the long-term dynamics of food consumption in the Russian Federation, the main macroeconomic indicators and their interrelations in connection with the issues of the development of the food market in our country.
Some researchers have found the influence of sterile cytoplasm on the manifestation of biological and valuable breeding traits in sorghum. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease that occurs in genetically susceptible people after eating prolamin-containing grains. The only cure for celiac disease is a lifelong glutenfree diet, but adherence to this diet can also have a negative impact on health. A good solution may be to include oat products in such a diet. However, different oat varieties differ in their immunogenicity, and studying the immunoreactivity of their prolamins to identify gluten-free genotypes is of utmost importance.
In model experiments under forest ecosystem conditions, samples of partially decomposed forest litter and soil from a 0–10 cm layer containing 14C-labeled organic matter were selected. The label was introduced in the form of low molecular weight water-soluble organic substances of individual nature – glycine, uracil and glucose together with unlabelled plant litter in nylon bags. The experiment was carried out in the late autumn period on the territory of the Malinsky forestry, 20 km south-west of Moscow, on a medium loamy sod-podzolic soil.
